Sabrina's background includes roles as a Fitness Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor specializing in rehabilitative exercise, as well as a Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, where she has also led meditation classes and retreats.

Her personal experiences with injury and trauma have deepened her awareness of the vital role the mind-body connection plays in chronic pain and dysfunction.
This understanding inspired her to further her education, enabling her to better support others on their journeys toward healing and recovery.

Sabrina graduated with honours in Massage Therapy and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She has also completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University and regularly pursues further training to offer the most informed care.

Her practice centres on releasing myofascial tension, improving joint function and circulation, reducing pain and inflammation, and helping clients reduce stress by calming the nervous system.

Sabrina integrates various modalities and techniques, such as joint mobilization, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, myofascial release, electro - acupuncture and dry needling, cupping, IASTM, and ultrasound to promote tissue recovery, relieve pain and improve dysfunction.
She aids in clients' recovery and injury prevention by educating them on specific exercises, stretches, and holistic mind-body practices, fostering better lifestyle balance and effective stress management to promote optimal overall wellness.
Beyond her professional life, Sabrina cherishes her role as a wife, mother, and new grandma.

She shares her home with a special needs dog, who is the “forever baby” of the family, and they enjoy spending time together on walks and giving him canine massages. In her spare time, Sabrina loves connecting with her village of friends and family, reading, practicing yoga, and engaging in all forms of self-care.
