Sabrina graduated with honours in Massage Therapy and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She has also completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University and is a member of the Canadian Contemporary Acupuncture Association. She regularly attends evidence-based seminars, and pursues further training to offer the most informed care.

Her personal experiences with injury and trauma have deepened her understanding of the mind-body connection and its role in chronic pain and dysfunction. This insight inspired her to pursue her education in therapy, allowing her to better support others on their paths to healing and recovery.​
​
Her practice centres on releasing myofascial tension, improving joint function and circulation, reducing pain and inflammation, and helping clients reduce stress by calming the nervous system.
​
Sabrina integrates various modalities and techniques, such as joint mobilization, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, myofascial release, electro - acupuncture and dry needling, cupping, IASTM, and ultrasound to promote tissue recovery, relieve pain and improve dysfunction.
She aids in her patients' recovery and injury prevention by educating them on specific exercises, stretches, and stress management strategies, fostering better lifestyle balance to promote optimal overall wellness.
Beyond her professional life, Sabrina cherishes her role as a wife, mother, and new grandma.
​In her spare time, she loves connecting with her village of friends and family, spending time with her special needs dog (aka their forever fur baby) and engaging in all forms of self-care.

Kayla Willis is a graduate of Centennial College’s Massage Therapy Advanced Diploma Program, where she developed a strong foundation in clinical assessment and hands-on treatment techniques. Her training includes trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, hydrotherapy, relaxation massage, and therapeutic stretching.
​
She has experience working with people of all ages, from infants to seniors, and has supported patients with a wide range of health needs. This includes individuals recovering from head injuries, patients living with physical or developmental disabilities, and those receiving palliative care.
​
She approaches every treatment with compassion, professionalism, and a focus on creating a safe, comfortable environment tailored to each client’s unique goals.

Meet Tiffany Best, M.OMSc

Tiffany holds a Masters in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO). Her education at the CAO included extensive education in anatomy, physiology, mechanics and more, and over 1,000 hours of supervised clinical training.
​
Prior to her education at the CAO, Tiffany completed her Bachelors of Health Sciences in Kinesiology at Ontario Tech University.
​
Tiffany uses her principles based education to personalize treatments to each patient, while focusing on the root causes of their complaints to assist them in continuing their daily activities with ease. Through treatment, she aims to restore motion capacity, symmetry and fluid dynamics, while promoting the body’s self-healing and self-regulating properties.

Victoria holds a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and
is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She has completed EMDR training through EMDRIA, along with advanced somatic training and is committed to continuous education to deepen her understanding of trauma and the mind-body connection.

Victoria supports individuals in healing from trauma and reconnecting with themselves. Her practice focuses on helping clients manage anxiety, regulate emotions, and process the deep-rooted impact of past experiences. Many of the individuals she works with feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, or guilt, and want to understand themselves and their emotions more deeply.

Her approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed—creating a space where clients can safely explore their experiences and reconnect with themselves. She helps clients uncover the roots of their struggles, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop tools for meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of the therapy room, Victoria values balance and authenticity. She is passionate about helping others deepen their connection to themselves and cultivate a greater sense of peace, confidence, and emotional freedom
Meet Rainiel Lucero, RMT

Rainiel Lucero, licensed as a Registered Massage Therapist as a graduate of the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy (RCCMT), and also a Registered Practical Nurse and continues to work as a community nurse. With his experience from RCCMT and nursing, he learned to work and care for a wide group of people, ranging from children to older adults with various health conditions.
Furthermore, his experience in healthcare has broadened his perspective and approach to the care provided, taking into consideration the patient’s physical health, mental, and spiritual health.

Rain’s practice uses his thorough knowledge of clinical assessments and anatomy to incorporate targeted treatments, focusing on key areas and the root causes of each client’s complaints. He utilizes various massage techniques such as Swedish massage techniques, trigger point therapy, or proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation techniques along with remedial exercises to personalize each client’s care and treatment.

Rain has a compassionate heart and a strong desire to serve through healthcare. He is excited to provide care and help improve any client’s overall health and well-being.
Meet Ashley Moore

Office Administrator
Ashley is an administrator at Mind Body Wellness & Massage Therapy, bringing years of experience in business management, client care, and small-business operations.
As the owner of her own esthetics boutique, she has developed strong skills in organization, scheduling, customer service, and day-to-day operations, expertise that helps keep our clinic running smoothly and efficiently.
​
Her passion for health and wellness is both personal and professional. Through navigating her own health challenges and managing the physical demands of her artistic work as a nail and lash technician, Ashley has gained a deep appreciation for mind-body balance and the importance of holistic care. This lived experience allows her to support clients with genuine empathy, understanding, and warmth.

Outside of work, Ashley prioritizes self-care and enjoys simple moments that help her recharge. She loves unwinding with a good book, spending time with her partner and their fur babies, and creating little pockets of calm in her daily routine.

Meet Karmelyn Astadan

Office Administrator
Karmelyn brings a strong background in administrative operations, client support, and office coordination, built through years of experience in both administrative and collections roles. Her ability to stay organized, calm, and efficient in busy environments makes her a natural fit for a client-focused wellness setting.

Known for her friendly, supportive attitude, Karmelyn is dedicated to creating a smooth and welcoming experience for every person who walks through our doors. She has a talent for anticipating the needs of both clients and practitioners, helping the clinic run seamlessly behind the scenes.
​
Karmelyn shares that, as an Administrative Assistant, she finds genuine joy in lightening the workload of the people around her. She loves taking on tasks that can feel stressful or time-consuming for others, allowing the team to stay inspired, energized, and connected to the work they love — a benefit that ultimately extends to the clients we serve.

Outside of work, Karmelyn enjoys lifting weights, staying active with cardio, and spending time with people who share her passion for health and wellness. Her positive energy and commitment to supporting others make her a wonderful addition to the Mind Body Wellness team.
