Registered Massage Therapist, Neurofunctional Acupuncture

Wellness is within your reach! Let me help you on your journey, whether to restore function, regain mobility, relieve pain, tension or stress.

~ Sabrina

Sabrina has a background in exercise as a Fitness Trainer in a rehabilitative role, Group Fitness Instructor, and as a Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher. It was her own personal experience with trauma and injury that brought forth her curiosity about the mind-body connection, inspiring her to become a Registered Massage Therapist so that she could help others with their own journey to recovery and wellness.

Committed to your health, Sabrina is a graduate with honours of Massage Therapy and a member of good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She also recently completed the McMaster University Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program and continues to enhance her skillset completing courses in evidence-based practices to bring the best care and service to her clients.

Her practice focuses on releasing myofascial tension, restoring joint function, improving circulation, reducing pain and inflammation and optimizing recovery with providing remedial exercises and stretches.

As part of her manual therapy approach, she uses modalities such as acupuncture (dry needling and electrical stimulation), cupping, IASTM, Kinesiotape and ultrasound to relieve myofascial tension, optimize tissue recovery, and help restore the body from pain and dysfunction.

Massage Therapy treatments are tailored to the unique needs of each individual client with thorough assessment and  consideration of the client's wellness goals and comfort level.
