Somatic-based exercises are slow, gentle, mindful body movements that seek to promote exploration and awareness of your body to develop a more connected relationship with your body, reduce tension and stress, and improve overall well-being.

In this class, you will:
Learn to scan your body for holding tension, explore different exercises and stretches to help release any areas of tension or holding patterns, while focusing on slow, steady diaphragmatic breathing 
building awareness of how breath connects to movement.
