Other modalities may be included in your treatment such as acupuncture, cupping, ultrasound and  Kinesio tape (KT Tape). Based on the initial consultation and discussion of your individual needs and goals for your treatment these modalities can be added for your optimal benefit.

Suggested guidelines for booking your appointment:

Initial First Appointment:

60 Minutes is recommended for a first consultation to allow for sufficient time to discuss health history and complete an assessment included with your treatment.

​

Full Body General Swedish Massage:

75 or 90 minutes are recommended to allow for sufficient time to include back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands, legs and feet and any other modalities such as acupuncture, cupping, ultrasound or kinesiotape to be included in your treatment.

 

All prices listed include HST.

Direct billing for  insurance is available for most insurance companies.

 

It is the responsibility of the client to cover any charges that are not covered by insurance.
